HELP! My 25 month old toddler is still happily nursing day and night. She
fractured her two front teeth a few months ago and has developed cavities.
The dentist is highly recommending that I end the night nursing or else all the
work to fix her teeth will be lost as she believes the breastmilk will contribute
to her developing cavities again.

I don't want to stop nursing; I have read that breastmilk is not cariogenic, but
I am concerned about my child's teeth. Any alternatives or recommendations?
Any resources where I can learn more about this? Thanks.

-Bea
