to officially recognize World Breastfeeding Week, an international public 
health initiative that recognizes exclusive breastfeeding as a cost-free 
means to reduce the morbidity and mortality of millions of babies and 
mothers.  We don't have that many families in our town, but the mothers and 
babies who do live -- and vote --  here are no doubt as curious as I to 
understand how it is that you are not willing to publicly align yourself 
with the position endorsed by WHO, UNICEF, AAP, AAFP, ILCA, LLLI [continue 
the list until you run out of room]."
