I'm a Physician Assistant, and I recert by exam every 7 years as well.  So 
IBCLC is  not the "only" health care profession that does the exam--- and I 
have to review general and surgical medicine, not just the lactating breast! 
    I'm not trying to "one-up", I'm just saying it is very do-able.
Don't panic... The Marie B review course is fantastic, and should have given 
you a good idea about what areas you need to cover in your review.

I have some exam/review stuff that I'm not using anymore, so if anyone is 
interested, they may email me off list.
