I have worked with hundreds of women over the years who have taken
fenugreek, have never had mom report headaches or migraines with it and with
those who have a history, have not had an increase in migraines , there is
very little research on it available, Cindy

Some references say someone with a history of migraines should avoid 
fenugreek.  But in doing a little research, I've come across several 
herbal websites that talks about fenugreek being taken to prevent 
migraines.  Does anyone have any insights to share on this?
