Oh, PUPPS is a tough one! I did a variety of things to
find comfort -- frequent oatmeal baths as mentioned. I
found that what helped the most / longest was to put
some diluted vinegar on the areas -- stings like crazy
and brought tears to my eyes -- then get into the
oatmeal bath. That soothed the stinging and for some
reason, the vinegar kept the itching away longer than
just an oatmeal bath.
