That sounds so awesome to be starting the process of implementing sts. I
think what would really work in your favor is to get some of the videos
about it. I love the old ones about kangaroo care in Bolivia. After watching
those you just want to get a premie and do it!
There are others I know, I think "A premie needs his mom" or a title like
that, may have sts in there. Also Nils Bergman is the one folks rave about,
right?
I think immersing the staff in that for a week or two would get everyone
asking to get started.
