You didn't mention whether she is in pain or not. Also, have you done a
digital suck assessment? *Normally* when I see nipple/areolar trauma, it
is accompanied by pain, and also the digital suck will present unusual
pressure, ie clamping, or humping of tongue, such that my finger will
begin to almost feel sore from the pressure, too. Latch can *look* good,
but weird things can still be going on. Looking forward to these answers.
