I had the same problem, how to get to suddenly required E-CERPs.
I formed an online study group and created an Internet forum format to ''meet''. We have about 5 members. If everyone prepares a presentation of case-studies or something like that, pretending to present for a public and to take 1 hour for presenting and discussion in real time, then it will provide for 1 CERP for everyone taking time to read/view the presentation and read a message for discussion and 2 for the one preparing. This will suit the need for E CERPs. I contacted my local IBLCE rep about this and she said this will work if everything is well documented.
I can give the link to the forum <http://anne.messageboard.nl/26411>, but it won't be possible to take an actual look, because it is a very private forum for confidentialities' sake.
Met vriendelijke groet,

Subject: [LACTNET] E cerps
I have a question. I need five E cerps, or actually maybe only 3.5.... And
am wondering what the best way to get these online cerps would be? Thanks.
