Just did a little research on this myself.  Since supply isn't related to ovarian function, she should be ok in this dept.  However, I could almost bet she will need some estrogen.  Estradiol may be a better choice than premarin.  Hopefully  her supply  is  established well enough  to not have a drop in supply.
