1st of all, Muslim moms Bf for 2 years per the Koran :-)
If they do not/can not breastfeed and baby is under one year, halal formulas 
are:
Good Start, Good Start soy, enfamil AR powder, Similac isomil powder.

Of course with each new addition of glop to formula it would have to be
rechecked to see if still halal.

Remember infant formula is the largest uncontrolled medical experiment in
