Hi Margaret,
All of the websites I have seen say that it is fine to take fenugreek when
you have migraines. The definitive answer came for me when my naturopath
suggested that not only I take fenugreek for my milk supply but then suggested I
stay on it after my supply resolved for my migraines. It worked well for both
and even though I haven't been BF for 5 years I still regularly take it for
migraines. The theory suggests that the reason it works for migraines is that
it helps regulate oxytocin. Sounds familiar doesn't it. : )
