If this mother has tried several different herbs and meds, and I assume the
other usual management strategies, and is still having oversupply problems,
then I would be comfortable suggesting birth control pills as a control
measure. It sounds like a fairly severe case. The mother should, of course,
be observant about this intervention's effect on her supply, as to not go
too far the other way. And be observant of baby and probably have weight
checks for a time.
