Hello Lacnetters,
I have a friend who is teaching a environmental science class to 60
college (university) age students, many of whom are on a path to
nursing school, so this is a great educational opportunity! He is
looking for a comparative list of the actual ingredients/components of
formula vs breast milk, presented in an objective manner. Any
reports/documents that delineate the major differences, and the impact
on mother and baby, from the scientific perspective would useful as
well. Something peer-reviewed is preferable.
I have looked on line and on lactnet, and while there is lots of great
information out there, I have not readily found a nice CONCISE report
which serves the purpose. Any links or suggestions would be most
appreciated.
THANKS.
