Hi everyone,
A mom just called me for advice and I need to consult  your collective wisdom. 
She saw a breast surgeon yesterday for a suspect lump which may  be 
cancerous. She is scheduled for a lumpectomy in 4 days and has been advised 
to completely wean as he does not want milk around when he operates! She is 
breastfeeding her 7 month old baby about 5 times in 24 hours. She of course 
is reluctant to wean and will not be milk free in 4 days. In your experience 
how can she continue to breastfeed through this and what should she expect ?
