Here is a post I sent to Lactnet in January re: the formatting and =20 in
posts:

Here is an explanation from our Lsoft technical support about the posts with
the =20 at the end of lines.  The short answer is that this is not a Lactnet
problem, nor is there anything we can do to fix it on Lactnet's end.  Please
make sure you are sending/reading posts in plain text.
