Regarding post open heart and ability to breastfeed....open hearts   often 
require chest tubes and placement in smaller children prior to breast  
development may make this Mom more of a risk.  If the same surgeon did all  procedures 
she should inquire where her incisions were made and how the nerve  placement 
differ if any in a child and growing adolescent and adult.
