Subject: lactation assistance in Riga, Latvia

Does anyone know of a lactation consultant or someone available to assist a
postpartum mom ( with 4 day-old) in Riga, Latvia? Please let me know on or
off list. I have sent her links regarding engorgement & latch challenges in
Russian, I cannot find anything in Latvian. Hopefully, this will be of some
assistance, but she could also use some one on one help. Apparently she has
already tried getting assistance from her hospital/provider with no luck.
