I would join ILCA and go under the rates for the US section. I am 
blanking on what the name of the US affiliate is. But the liability 
rates were much cheaper than the old Marsh rates, which were much 
cheaper than what you quoted. WOW! Have we had lawsuits against IBCLCs 
to raise these rates?
