Gonneke writes about words that can 'bagatalise' something, and asks if this
is even English.  It may not be English but it sure is Norwegian.  We say
'bagatellisering' which means to make a bagatelle out of something that
really is more important.  If I were translating it I would say
trivializing, in US English.
