Dear Colleagues,
I would like to thank certain HCPs in my community who have gone
above and beyond to help mothers breastfeed. In particular, a
pediatric practice that refers to me a lot, and a physician who
recently spoke at our LLL meeting.
I would also like to invite them to join the Academy of Breastfeeding
Medicine. We sorely need BF Medicine specialists in this area.
Since I do not have much experience working with doctors, other than
just sending them my reports, calling them when appropriate, etc, I
do not want to inadvertently do anything offensive or unprofessional.
Any suggestions?
Warmly,
----
