Kittie Frantz has one (I have no financial interest :-)
www.geddesproduction.com is address I  have.  It is plasticized and fits in 
a pocket.
Personally I worry about more than 7%.  I've mentioned before that if baby 
has total access to mom, they are at birth weight or above by day 4, 
otherwise I'm looking for why not.  New great  grandson has gained 1 lb. 11 
oz in 3 weeks :-)  Of course he has had unlimited access to mom and is 
adorable.
