breaks are paid in at least 73 of these countries. The U.S. does not
guarantee the right to breastfeed, even though breastfeeding is demonstrated
to reduce infant mortality one and a half- to five-fold."
Or, rather,
"The US does not guarantee the right to breastfeed, even though the alternatives are demonstrated to increase infant mortality by up to 400%."
(If you're wondering about the difference between "5-fold" and "400%", remember that "twice as much" is a "100% increase").
