I have been thinking this morning about the development of a second
credential, when here, the first credential, the IBCLC, is in danger of
being watered down to nothing. What would someone with a lesser credential
DO? Clean the office? Answer the phone? I mean, there's nothing left to
DO, folks..... I think this whole thing is getting way out of hand.... Is
there any input from the group of IBCLCs when these decisions are being
made?
It seems to me that IBLCE is going in directions and making decisions that
are not good for the body of professionals, as a whole. I would like to be
in on the thought process that is going on here, because from where I am
sitting, I cannot understand what is going on.
Second credential? Oh my. What would *they* be able to do?
