Since the correct answer according to the frame of reference for the quiz is
that all babies should be supplemented, there really isn't any implication
that formula supplies something breastmilk lacks.
Yes, I can think of many ways to re-frame this question so that it doesn't
imply that Vitamin D is something we normally get from food, but within the
context of this quiz, I don't see that it shakes mothers' confidence in
their milk to the point that formula would look better.
