May I suggest that those in a position to do so submit papers for  
presentation, and encourage your colleagues to do the same. If enough  
papers are submitted that will support all the letters we will write  
asking that bf be included on the agenda. From the looks of the  
program, we're talking about medical practice and biological science  
type research as opposed to social science and how best to promote bf  
or breast health type research.
