Lisa and Ann: I'd also like to agree. We get waaaay too picky about
colostrum, transitional milk, fore milk, hind milk, mature milk, and so on and so
on ad nauseum. Mama's milk is mama's milk, period. The beauty of the system
is that mama's milk is not only there when baby needs it, at the correct
temperature, and amount, but is in the mixture of nutrients that the baby
needs at that moment in time. Why must we analyze the poor stuff and the
process to death? Is it no wonder (especially here in the US) that we have
freaked out parents when it comes to breastfeeding?
