Happy surprise while channel surfing during late-nite perimenopausal
insomnia:
2AM-ish On CookWorx cooking show on the local PBS TV station: a couple
discussing the benefits of low-carb cooking and demonstrating how to cook "Festive
Frijoles", the gentleman must be a nutritionist as he consistently tells of
the specific nutrients in all the ingredients, such as "lauric acid (which)
acts as an antibiotic" and then he adds "it's in high concentrations in
breastmilk" she adds "it's actually very good for you"......
google "lauric acid in breastmilk" for more info, like:

The gentleman I would investigate as a potential ILCA or LLLI speaker, or at
least local affiliate speaker if he is in your local area.
I also got the latest LC job search postcard - that is at least the second
such item I have seen come through the general usps mail - good sign.
