A few years (or many :-( Linda Kutner gave a presentation on the protocol 
for circ at her hospital.  I'm not sure which convention - sorry.  Anyway 
one of the criteria was successful latch and bf.  I forget how many times 
:-(  She also had a scale that they rated the feeding by.  Maybe this will 
nudge someone else's memory.  Maybe it will nudge me to organize my syllabi
