In case you missed it, Moms Feeding Freedom
http://www.momsfeedingfreedom.com/index.php/stories/index/10
is a website set up by the International Formula Council.
It includes a blog by two women who have been employed to present the
IFC's point of view. The public is encouraged to comment on blog
entries.
So far, almost all the comments have been pro-breastfeeding!
Amazing!
There is also a petition one can sign (anti-Ban the Bags) and a
section for mothers' stories.
All of the stories are about how mothers struggled to breastfeed,
and/or were relieved that formula saved their sanity/children's lives
etc. etc.
The stories are *reviewed prior to posting.* I guess this means that
they are censored?
Wouldn't it be interesting if the website was flooded by stories from
mothers who have had positive breastfeeding experiences?
