Celine, I understand where you are coming from. I worked with moms and 
babes for many years before becoming an IBCLC, and in fact still work as a 
charge nurse. (We have 2 LCs but no LC"position" - another story) So - I'm 
often approached as the "latching on fairy." Have you tried doing some 
education with your co-workers? It has worked for us to some degree. When 
someone says - can you help my patient? I say, come on - let's both go help 
her. Keep up the good work! Deb
