There is a good site on this procedure above.  They say they cannot
guarantee that the mother can breastfeed totally, and so that means there
probably are no studies.

There is a graphic video of the procedure itself. It's like reaming out
something.  Made me feel faint, and I probably could consider the surgery,
but after watching it, I guess I'll take a by. I'm sure it works for some,
but it is scary for me to see how it's done.
