Hi,
I have not had any experience trying all these meds together. But, I do have
some thoughts. Has insufficient gladular tissue been ruled out? Did her
breasts grow during pregnancy? What are her prolactin levels? Thyroid levels, hCG
levels and testosterone levels? I think that you might be able to make a
case for trying HGh with either domperidone or reglan but I would be very worried
about given both domperidone and reglan together. If all her levels are
normal then I would think that she probably has insufficient glandular tissue or
involution has occurred beyond our capacity to reverse it. If the diagnosis is
insufficient glandular tissue then using goat's rue or saw palmetto are two
routes that may want to be investigated. Both may increase breast growth and
if are effective will take at least one month to work. If a prolactin
deficiency is undercovered then there is a group on the East coast who are giving IV
prolactin with some positive results. I have their contact info if interested.
Another thought what about oxytocin nasal spray in combo? Lastly, I find
that the only moms I cannot get to obtain a full milk supply with the use of
Reglan and Fenugreek are generally those who I start working with too late >8
weeks postpartum or those that have insufficient glandular tissue or a prolactin
deficiency. Chris
