Try using the gift of a free breast pump as an incentive to attend a
breastfeeding class.  Those kind of incentives work very well.   With a
low-income Hispanic population, giving a little gift at the end of a class
brings mothers in.  If it was a series of classes, then give the pump as an
incentive at the last class.

You might even make it a series of prenatal classes and tackle the problem
of low birthweight infants and preterm delivery at the same time.  Teaching
is powerful and the outcomes are always better when mother is educated.
