My hospital wants to acquire a centrifuge to separate the fat from
breastmilk to provide mother's milk instead of Portagen in cases of chylothorax.
Have any of you purchased a centrifuge at your hospital for this purpose?
I have the names of a several centrifuge companies but still need more
information.
Could you please explain your process for this acquisition, i.e. the
company, the model & price, types of containers used for the machine,
instructions for staff and mothers, etc?
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
