This product is, as you say, marketed in a totally-WHO violating way.
I was struck by the fact that current UK and European guidance on the
preparation of formula would not be possible with this machine -
guidance is that water should be 70 deg C, and this machine only goes
up to 60 deg C.
The bit about preparing formula for *breastfeeding mothers* to drink
to *enhance* their milk is just stupid.
