In an effort to be respectful, I would like to avoid terms like the word
"Karpism" in our discussions here on Lactnet. That is a rather insulting
take on a man's name. I wouldn't like it if it was my name being used in
this way,....nor would a lot of people here.
The professional discussion involves close reading, of each note on any
controversial subject, including reading of the Cochrane review/studies, not
just a cursory glance at overviews, etc.
Thank you for moving back towards a very respectful tone of discussion,
where we take each other seriously and give thought to our words before we
hit "send."
