In a message dated 2/19/2007 5:30:56 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Karyn-grace
Clarke ask:
Do you have anything I can use?
Karyn-Grace,
To use in your presentation, there is probably a "Breastfeeding Mother &
Baby Bill of Rights" or "Breastfeeding Family Bill of Rights" already somewhere,
maybe ILCA or LLLI, or IBLCE websites, ..., if not, or not one that can be
broadly applied, maybe Lactnetters can offer suggestions for a "Bill of
rights" for the breastfeeding dyad/family that can be internationally applied.
An adaptation of one of your statements should be included:
1) societies & governments will recognize the need for on-going lactation
management as part of every
child-bearing woman's right.
Please let us know what all you finally decide on for your presentation.
