Dear all:
What I remember from a recent conference with an excellent presentation by Thomas Hale
was that the compounding pharmacies sued and won over the fact that the FDA tried to limit
their legal right to compound domperidone. So, it is not true that comounding pharmacies
cannot compound dompidone and I'm fairly certain they still do in Manhattan. I know that
the breastfeeding medicine specialist here still does.
Secondly, he explained that the cancer patients in the study that the FDA dredged up were
so seriously ill that any medication and the extremely high IV doses may have resulted in
the same cardiac arrythmias.
Since I am a secondary source and this is from memory, these basic facts should be
verified!
