Hi all:
Would those of you working in hospital mother-baby unit/postpartum or NICU as LCs, RNs, MDs, etc. be willing to share with me via personal email which bottle teat(s) are used on your unit? Are different ones chosen for the breastfed baby being supplemented (for any reason)? If so, what type teats are used relative to different feeding "methods"? Do certain criteria guide the decision of which to use? If so, what criteria guides decision making?
Again, please respond via personal email as this is somewhat off topic (although how the info is to be used does relate to breastfeeding and this list, I promise).
Many thanks in advance...
Karen Gromada (MSN, RN, IBCLC)
