While the IBLCE Board was discussing and voting on their version of the SOP,
what role was the ILCA Representative to the IBLCE Board taking? Did the
ILCA Representative speak up and inform the Board that an SOP already existed?
Were they compared and discussed?
I think that it is not well known that ILCA has a representative to the
IBLCE Board, but ILCA does not have an IBLCE representative to their Board.
Does anyone have the explanation for this? Maybe these misunderstandings
wouldn't happen if their were greater, regular, and official communication between
the two organizations.
