I have not all informations, but one knows that:
after taking medication to inhibit lactation, there are two kinds of
medications:
sort of bromocriptine, which will allow the Mom to relactate,
and dostinex which destroys at once the gland, which will have the
consequence not to be allow to relactate
(there are a lot of Moms who wish to inhibit their lactation immediately at
the birth or after a few days of hard difficuties and then a part of them
change their minds; with dostinex or the same drug, it will be impossible;

I have the info from 2006 Hale as reference on use of Dostinex to inhibit
lactation. (in cases of stillbirth) If you have seen this used successfully,
I would like to know. I am preparing to speak with a physician about it. I
have seen it used once, with good result.
