This might be interesting for the person working with the family who is  
struggling with the baby "not eating enough" and they are forcefeeding...

November 1, 2006 (San Diego) — The best way to address infantile anorexia  
and restore normal growth is by helping the parents reduce stress and control  
issues around mealtimes, according to investigators who presented their 
findings  here at the 53rd annual meeting of the American Academy of Child and 
Adolescent  Psychiatry.[ more at above link..]

One very interesting thing about "infantile anorexia" is they are really  
talking about toddlers. So when it comes to feeding, children under 3 are  
"infants", and it would be great if that was followed through with breastfeeding  
during infancy meaning "breastfeeding til a child/infant is 3" and supported as  
such...:)
