Micky,
I am a LLL Leader and an IBCLC and I hope that there will be an event in
2009. It may look a little different, and be a little less international, and
perhaps located at a less posh facility... but the hopes are that LLL USA (at
the Division level maybe) will continue to offer these events.

I am not officially representing LLL here, I am just a big LLL supporter
(who still sees the flaws too) that is thinking out loud about this issue=
. I
am deeply saddened that there will not be a 2009 conference and very like=
ly
never again.
Wouldn't you think that after 50 years, LLLI would be stronger than ever?=
Any thoughts?
Micky
