I work at Mothers' Milk Bank. A donor (who gave me permission to
post) told me she is being counseled that she might need to stop
breastfeeding in order for her severe tendonitis in her wrist to
heal. (Her baby is about 4 months old.) The idea seems to be that
higher prolactin levels can prevent healing. Hmmm. I really doubt
this. Any thoughts?
