Am I the only one who marvels at this statement. Is this lawyer suggesting
that OBGYNs should be able to intervene as and when they feel like it, with
no accountability to anyone? Sounds to me like the burden of proof lies
squarely where it should - on the professional who is trained to weigh risks
and proceed accordingly. Primum non nocere
