You wrote: 1.  If she dries up soon will she produce any/enough milk  once 
baby is born?
Why would this mom think her milk would dry up?  What  she is producing now 
should not have a negative impact on her lactation  postpartum.  
When you describe her breast are uncomfortable is she getting  engorged?  
Women can leak prenatally to varying degrees but should not be  getting engorged. 
 If her placenta was abrupting this is a very serious  condition for both 
mother and baby needing immediate attention.  If she is  not experiencing 
abdominal pain with or without increasing bleeding, she needs  to seek medical care 
immediately.
If the breast are engorged there are some medications that can cause  this.  
Also may want to evaluate her pituitary.  Having her seek an  opinion from a 
high risk OB would seem a good start.
Expressing her milk and saving it could offer this mother some relief as  
long as she is not experiencing any contractions with this.  Think of this  like 
the mother who is tandem nursing while pregnant.  
Keep us posted on how this mother does.
