Although no one path is said to be best on the IBCLE site, etc it is widely seen 
that without the RN behind your name, and used to be RD but not so much 
anymore jobs are hard to obtain. How can everyone complain about not having 
enough people to help when there are plenty of individuals seeking jobs unable 
to become employed due to lack of a particular education in nursing. Sorry, 
just frustrated this morning because our hospital wont even fund any LC 
position and did not put in for a grant for it either.
