Hello Kathy,

Just a few simple thoughts... do you think she is sleeping on that 
breast, and the pressure from that is causing the pain?  Does she use 
that side of her body repetitively during the day?  Sometimes people 
lean against things or otherwise strain a body part during the day 
without realizing it, until it starts to hurt.  Does she carry a lot of 
heavy things on that side?
