All of my sister's (4 of us) have been diagnosed with PCOS and we have all
had huge supplies. Is this the exception to the rule, unrelated, or just
another possibility with PCOS?

I can't tell you for sure that the connection is there, but when I did a
very casual survey of PCOS women about milk supply, I found that a portion
of the women who made enough also complained about problematic oversupply. I
found that very interesting.
PCOS is a syndrome, and as such there are a number of things that can go
wrong with an infinite number of combinations. It can also onset at
different times, with varying effects on reproduction. Therefore it would
not be surprising to see other types of opposite problems such as yours.
