Permission to post:
G2P2L1 mother has a eight week old boy who had trouble latching for five
weeks. Mom pumped and bottle fed, finger fed EBM. Baby now exclusively nurses
with a nipple shield and mother and baby are doing fine with nursing now as
far as weight gain and milk production etc.
Mom gets very dizzy at the end of a nursing session. Several times she has
felt that she will pass out and has to quickly sit down.
We are working on diet and hydration as possible issues. Is there anything
else we should be looking for?
TIA,
Christie
